The role is to support the Region Head in terms of managing the people agenda, management reporting, preparing key presentations, client management and operational support

Detailed roles and responsibilities

  • Strategic Initiatives

  • Coordinate the development of the regional goal and objectives in line with Global directions, regional plans and regional LOB strategies

  • Lead the efforts in the coordination and preparation of key presentations to LOBs and GRE seniors

  • People Agenda

  • Plan and coordinate with NY and HR the training program for the Team

  • Plan and coordinate management meetings and sessions e.g. Regional Offsites, Town Halls

  • Lead development and execution of regional people agenda activities and action steps

  • Operations and Business Management

  • Ensure that management reports and metrics are timely issued by the respective owners

  • Periodical review and enhancement, standardization of management reports

  • Manage the Capital Planning, TFA and CERP approval processes to ensure respective owners’ deliverables and a regional packaging is done in close coordination with GRE functional leads and Finance requirements

  • Support and coordinate business operational improvements

  • Coordinate technology/systems related support

  • Manage meetings appropriately to ensure collaboration, proper planning and execution of initiatives

  • Provide programming to key projects as required

  • Client Management

  • Coordinate regular LOB engagement meetings/communications in conjunction with geographical leads and global client leads to advance strategic agenda and to secure regular client feedbacks

  • Control Agenda

  • Provide management support as required to the Operations risk and control team and monitor risk mitigation action plans

Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • A senior level managerial and leadership role in the corporate real estate industry

  • At least 5-10 years senior management experience

  • Experience working with multinational companies

  • University degree preferably with specialization on facilities management, engineering, etc

  • Well rounded real estate background

  • Effective leadership, communication and collaborative skills

  • Experience in managing people and teams

  • Excellent planning and programming skills

  • Good understanding of expense management, real estate financial modeling
