We are a small and completely new team of change agents inside J.P. Morgan. We are data scientists, design thinkers and product experts, set on creating and building data products that transform the way we and our clients do business.

Morgan does business, moving trillions of dollars a day (25% of all $ movement globally). Bring together design and analytics. You willrepresent a different way of working -human -centered - iterative - collaborating in smallmultidisciplinary teams
Lead multidisciplinary teams through discoveryresearch, synthesis, ideation, design, andtesting of new product concepts, providing a strategic lens that includes the overarching customer experience, product portfolio, roadmap,business case, etc.
Support our business teams in facilitatingdesign thinking experiences both with clients and internally, ultimately coaching others to drive theseindependently
Professional Experience: 5+ years
Design Expertise - 1+ years experience in design thinking, specifically facilitating innovation and group collaboration processes and developing new products, services or experiences. Experience developing B2B products, serving international markets a plus
Cognitive and Communications Skill - Highly articulate, built upon an underlying fundamental clarity of thought. General ability to root out fundamental issues, bring order from chaos, synthesize elegant conceptual frameworks, and drive to clear decisions
Leadership - Primary focus of building something of significance. Willingness to roll up sleeves and do whatever it takes. Self-confidence, poise, and personal presence that inspires confidence in others. Charisma, gravitas, intellect, flexibility, and integrity that motivates others to trust, collaborate, and follow
Domain Expertise - Not necessary, but an aptitude and interest in quickly developing nuanced understanding of JPM products, markets, customers, and competitors is.
Education - Bachelor’s and/or graduate degree with top academic performance from a competitive institution.
