International non-profit is currently seeking a Compensation and Benefits Analyst to join their dynamic HR team. This role is responsible for developing, delivering and maintaining compensation and benefit policies and programs that are market competitive and aligned with the business needs of the organization. Supports the day to day Human Resources – Compensation and Benefits activities. The Analyst will also work on initiatives aimed at building a Total Rewards framework globally. Requirements BA/BS required, CEEB or CCP certification preferred. The ideal candidate will have 3-5+ years current experience in Compensation, Benefits and HRIS (Workday preferred). Experience with a varied population in a matrixed environment is helpful. Previous experience in a non-profit is a plus and union environment experience is a must.
