Job Description:

This position provides administrative support to an assigned area under limited supervision.

Handles all aspects of scheduling meetings, including coordinating acceptable timeframe and amenities and notifying participants.

Prepares routine reports with limited direction from supervisor.

Receives and screens incoming phone calls; reduces the amount of transfers by providing information and answering questions.

Uses computer programs to compose memos and correspondence, some of which are of a non-routine nature.

Assists with various departmental projects by providing clerical support.

Maintains organizational files and records.

Acts as a resource to administrative assistants.

Adheres to compliance procedures and internal/operational risk controls in accordance with any and all applicable regulatory standards, requirements, and policies.

Job Requirements:

High School diploma or equivalency required.

2-5 years relevant experience.

Strong word processing skills required, proficiency in spreadsheet and presentation programs preferred with the ability to learn additional programs as required. Candidate must be advanced in Excel and have strong Power Point, Outlook and Word expereince.

Ability to type accurately.

Strong written and verbal communication skills are needed to interact with internal and external customers.

Strong command of English, including grammar, spelling and punctuation.

Ability to organize and prioritize work and attention to detail is required to perform responsibilities efficiently.
