Citi's Treasury and Trade Solutions (TTS) business provides integrated cash management and trade finance services to multinational corporations, financial institutions and public sector organizations across the globe. With the industry's most comprehensive suite of digital and mobile-enabled platforms, tools and analytics, TTS leads the way in delivering innovative and tailored solutions to its clients. Offerings include cash management, payments, receivables, liquidity management and investment services, working capital solutions, commercial card programs, and trade finance.

This role will lead all planning and analysis activities for TTS. TTS is a dynamic business at the forefront of innovation and the primary focus of the role will be to partner with the business across all products and regions to drive the overall TTS strategy through providing in depth analysis and support.

  • Responsible for coordination of outlook, plan, CCAR/MCST, QBRs, Flash

  • Lead return focused reviews of products/regions/countries

  • Lead growth initiative/investment analytics and review

  • Partner with ICG finance workstreams

  • Determine balance sheet strategy across deposits and assets with a focus on GSIB, LCR, sla, liquidity

  • Improve/standardize analysis provided by products and regions

  • Partner with controllers and accounting policy to drive towards simplification

  • Partner with the business to provide strategic analysis and participate in strategy reviews

  • Lead the development and preparation of presentations for internal business reviews and external investor conferences

Position may be either SVP or Director officer title


  • 12+ or more years of business experience with strong accounting / financial analysis background

  • Bachelor degree or advanced study preferred or equivalent experience

  • Superb technical abilities and understanding of finance concepts

  • Strong project management skills and attention to detail

  • Strong competence in Excel and PowerPoint

  • Results oriented individual who can work independently or as part of a team

  • Demonstrate considerable energy, focus, drive and a sense of urgency

  • Must have excellent interpersonal skills, as well as have the ability to work very closely and confidently with many different levels of management while building strong relationships

  • Strong communication skills and ability to influence

  • Must be a fast thinker/quick learner and possess the ability to work effectively under pressure in a rapidly changing environment in order to meet deadlines
