Kforce has a client seeking a Director of Business Development-Digital Advertising in Newport Beach, CA.Essential Functions:

  • Effectively engage targeted prospective clients

  • Cultivate meaningful relationships with various key decision-makers at the prospective partner/client

  • Qualify prospective partners/clients based

  • Meet or exceed established goals

  • Providing strategic vision with ability to translate into an actionable plan

  • Supporting direct reports by participating and leading client/prospect meetings and engaging other corporate resources as required

  • Development of presentations, proposals, and RFPs for client meetings and internal sales meetings

  • Ongoing mentoring and development of direct reports including recruiting, hiring and training new Business Development Managers to achieve success

  • Overseeing departmental CRM data integrity, producing forecasts and productivity analysis

  • Analyzing production report metrics and implementing a plan to ensure optimal account market activity

  • BS/BA in business or related field required; a combination of education and specific work experience may substitute for part of this requirement

  • 5 years' experience selling digital add space or retail technology marketing solutions to Fortune 500 prospects at the Director, VP, and C-levels

  • 5 years' experience leading teams of sales professions, mentoring and providing metrics

  • Excellent communication skills, including oral, written, and storytelling capabilities

  • Must have strong active listening and relationship building skills

  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to effectively interface with all levels of client and prospect organizations

  • Ability and willingness to travel as needed

  • Experience and strong competency using MS Office including Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint, as well as CRM
