Utilizing the latest technology, our associates work on diverse engineering problems spanning many industries and markets. The ideal candidate for our positions will be an engineer who would enjoy working on the creation of software programs with an object oriented approach for engineering problems and applications. The position would be joining an established team of engineers who work collaboratively to create custom solutions within NX (Unigraphics) and object oriented coding utilizing an Agile Development methodology. Willingness to learn, Team dedication and cooperation are key to the projects success and each individual member works to this end; so, our successful candidate will share that enthusiasm.

What You Will Be Doing

Work with the users of the solution to develop requirements

Contribute to the architecture of the solution

Be responsible for timely deliverables

Document the design and testing of the solution

Support user acceptance testing

What You Need for this Position

QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS

BS or higher in Engineering, Mathematics or Computer Science

EXPERIENCE

3+ years' experience in an engineering or design environment

Experience with object oriented code architecture and design

Experience writing functional specifications, requirements, and design documents

Experience conceptualizing, designing, implementing, and testing small to medium engineering software applications in a team environment

Can clearly articulate system design and development best practices

Ability to create comprehensive test plans and anticipate test coverage issues

Hands-on software and hardware troubleshooting experience

Data management knowledge

Software configuration management knowledge

Experience documenting and maintaining configuration and process information
