Cleveland Operations is looking for a professional Administrative Assistant. This position provides support to the Operations and Client Service teams. This person will deal with activities that require very strong Microsoft Office and organizational skills.


  • Under general supervision, provides administrative support to Operations, Administration and Client Service teams.

  • Prepares responses to routine emails and correspondence.

  • Collects, compiles, and analyzes moderately complex data and information; may prepare ad hoc reports and presentations as needed

  • Scheduling for cross departmental meetings.

  • Will interact with all levels of company personnel as well as clients and vendors.

  • Handles correspondence and reports, and builds/monitors various tracking logs/reports.

  • Compile and complete expense reports, invoicing and purchase orders.

  • Reception back-up, includes answering phones and greeting guests.

  • High School diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.

  • 3+ years of administrative experience supporting both management and non-management teams

  • Proven excellent MS Office skills – Advanced Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Assessments will be required. (working knowledge of other spreadsheet or database software helpful)
