Job Description

New World Solutions, an SOS International LLC (SOSi) company, is seeking a Project Manager to support the National Geospatial Agency (NGA) to provide Program Management services to senior management. The position works across NGA directorates to coordinate development of new capabilities for operational use.Duties include:

• Provide program management support to NGA Senior Management in strategic business.planning, business development activities, product concept development and InformationTechnology engineering

• Coordinate activities between Architecture & Engineering, Implementation, Innovision, and the Production elements

• Support NGA and IC Steering Groups and Advisory Groups

• Lead cross functional/cross geographical teams

• Interface with all organizational areas, end users/customers and with both foreign and domestic agencies to mitigate risks, developing and managing budgets, and schedules

• Implement project/production and organizational plans, schedules, and specifications within budgeted time and cost constraints.Skills• Customer-service and goal oriented

• Excellent oral, written, and electronic communication skills to include proficiency withMicrosoft PowerPoint, Office, and Excel

• Ability to work independently and as a team member under tight deadlines with changingpriorities

• Ability to identify technical issues and communicate impacts to the Government points ofcontact

• A strong background in leadership and problem solving in ad hoc situations

• 15 years of Project management experience in terms of cost, schedule, performance, and risk

• Desired: demonstrated understanding of the geospatial intelligence mission and itscontributions to the Intelligence Community

Minimum Requirements

•TS/SCI Clearance (with current SSBI favorably adjudicated within the last 5 years)

• Required: B.S. Degree in any field (Geography, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field preferred)

• Desired: M.S. Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent

• Desired: understanding of the DoD or IC Acquisition processes

• Desired: understanding of DoD or IC CM processes
