Job Description

New World Solutions, an SOS International LLC (SOSi) company, is seeking a Systems Engineer to support NRO messaging systems in the Ground Enterprise Directorate's Mission Processing System Program Office. Must be familiar with Messaging systems and concepts, have a technical degree and networking background. Location is customer site in Chantilly.Responsibilities:•Support for MP Messaging Applications (GRM/SEMAPHRE/AMHS/SCA II)•Acquisition Support, artifacts to include ASC, CRP, SOW, CDRL specification and review RFC Cost Sheets and other Program Control interfaces•Implementation of NRO Policy and Guidance to include PKE, Audit, ABAC, Intelligence Community Directive (ICD) 503 Program Action Items as directed•Yearly expenditure tracking•CIP Procurement interface•Program Action Items as directed•Other SETA duties as required, such as test support, Operational Messaging Technical Watch, and Readiness Event support

Minimum Requirements

•Active TS/SCI Clearance (with current SSBI – within 5 years) •BS in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems or equivalent•Familiarity with NRO acquisition processes and corporate governance•Trained/Experienced user of the NRO CIP process and tools•Trained/Experienced user of XACTA•Advanced knowledge of Microsoft ExcelExperience:•Experience with messaging and messaging systems•Knowledge of software licensing, enterprise licenses, and commercial support•Experience with government program management, readiness, program control & budgeting•Experience with cost estimation•Experience with contract actions, competitive acquisitions
