One Workplace Account Coordinator – Healthcare/ Government in Oakland, California
This position is based in Oakland, CA. The Account Coordinator assists with on-going small or major accounts in conjunction with the Account Manager to provide customer service, convert and tracking orders, and service small accounts for One Workplace L. Ferrari (OWP). The Account Coordinator reports directly to the Manager of Customer Support. Account Coordinators possess an extreme attention to detail and qualify/quantify order expectations in a manner consistent with OWP’s 5 Star Customer Service directive. The Account Coordinator operates collaboratively within the Sales Team to consistently message and communicate the OWP company brand. Your first priority is to work knowledgeably with clients and other professionals to accomplish successful completion of account/project work in order to serve OWP customer needs, according to management directives.
The ideal candidate will have a specialized focus on managing GSA business which includes comprehension of complexities of GSA contract numbers, RFQ submission process and specific ordering information based on GSA schedule.

Familiarity with RFP processes and customer bids
Exposure to internal software (Hedburg)
Create sales quotes and converts to sales orders in Hedberg
Respond to all customers immediate needs and may act as a primary contact for incoming calls/emails for quote or order requests
Maintain on-going client relationship and provide general customer service as needed
Assist sales with product research, pricing and lead-time information for daily quote requests or bids
Provide product and labor quotations for small to large orders; convert the quotes to orders
Track all aspects of orders, as relates to vendor ship/arrival dates
Coordinate receipt, delivery and installation of products and services
Communicate delivery status to customers and outside installation companies via forms or in excel, email or over the phone
Create, organize and maintain job files
Assure accuracy of paperwork and maintain organized files and current status reports
Attend OWP meetings and training sessions; participate in team meetings and events to promote team effectiveness and synergy
Associate Arts degree (A.A.) or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school; or six months to one year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Fluent PC skills; Professional Customer Service skills; Organizational and time management skills; Passionate about providing solutions to client needs
You like communicating with others through face-to-face interaction, email and phone calls; You’ll enjoy working in an office environment with moderate noise; Ability to move distances within warehouses/ offices
Seeing, color perception, hearing/listening, clear speech, touching (dexterity), driver’s license
Complex reading and writing skills, basic math skills, judgment/decision making, analysis/comprehension
Excellent ability to work independently and solve problems; Functions exceptionally well within team environment
Position is Non-Exempt for FLSA purposes; time recording keeping is required; benefit eligible.
