Job Summary

This is an on-site position, not open to remote work.

Reporting to the Manager of Recruitment, the Recruiter is the primary point of execution of Niagara’s Talent Acquisition Strategy. Responsible to maintain consultative relationships with Hiring Managers and Human Resource Managers/Generalist in filling open requisitions with the best qualified candidates.

Detailed Description

  • Develops candidate interest for available positions through Job Board, Social Media, Email Campaigns, Multi-media advertising

  • Ensures timely and quality service to internal Hiring Manager clients

  • Works with HR Managers to seamlessly coordinate interviews

  • Performs queries and manages candidate tracking through the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)

  • Extends offers and works with HR Managers to coordinate on-boarding handoff through Niagara’s ATS.

  • Maximizes internal referral programs to ensure viable funnel of referral candidates

  • Uses networking opportunities, such as online and in-person community groups, to identify external referrals for qualified candidates

  • Creates target list to identify individuals within competitor companies

  • Searches the internet using search engines, user groups or Blogs and other creative techniques to find qualified candidates

  • Identifies user groups and professional associations which could lead to qualified candidates

  • Other administrative tasks as needed

  • Mentor and train new team members.

  • Participate in campus recruitment and attending university job fair events. Travel is involved.

  • Travelling will be involved in this position, about 25% throughout the year, which includes job fair events outside of California, talent acquisition summit event, and some international.

  • Travel is a must requirement for this role.

  • Bachelor's Degree, or equivalent education and work experience.
