JLCCTC Functional Trainer. The selected candidate will represent the organization as the prime technical contact on contracts and projects. Selected candidate will be responsible for a major program and will be required to function in a project leadership role. Candidate should have knowledge of constructive simulations and possess the ability to train Soldiers in an integrated training environment. The candidate will be required to perform training on one or more components of the JLCCTC training system as well as perform cost account management and oversight of a team of employees. Components of JLCCTC include Scenario Generation, Parametric Data Management, WARSIM operator, BE Server, RUGUD, Global Mapper, Mission Command Adapter, Joint Deployment Logistics Model (JDLM) Operator, ExCis, After Action Review System (AARS), and JLCCTC Upper Enclave. The selected candidate will provide onsite support during exercises and provide help desk support when not on travel. Training and exercise support at various sites throughout CONUS and OCONUS. Prior experience with the US Army Mission Command Training Program (MCTP), other Mission Command Training Complexes or JLCCTC fielding activities is a plus. Knowledge or use of Automatic test tools such as Micro focus SILK test or Quick Test Pro an advantage. Willing to travel within the United States and internationally

Basic Qualifications - Experience with helicopter training system - Experience leading Integration and Test teams - Experience leading projects and applying extensive technical expertise as a SME - Experience leading the development of material for Design Reviews and Test Readiness Reviews (TRRs), - Experience working with subcontractors and suppliers, - Secret clearance with potential need for TS/SCI clearance and ability to obtain and maintain clearance requirement. - Strong Project Engineering knowledge, - Team Leadership. - Army Battle Staff graduate or equivalent

Desired skills - Experience with constructive simulations or JLCCTC devices - Knowledge of System Design and Requirements development - Experience with Project Engineering - Experience with engineering estimation.
