Local Legal office looking for a part time Receptionist Responsibilities of the Receptionist include but are not limited to: - Greet and welcome all guests - Answer multiple phone lines - Distribute incoming calls quickly and efficiently - Assist guests and staff accordingly - Collect and receipt customer payments - Minor maintenance to customer database - Manage deliveries and sort incoming mail - Stock and file paperwork - Help create an exceptional experience for our guests Qualifications of the Receptionist: - Understanding a high level of customer satisfaction - Proficient use of a Windows PC and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.) - Comfortable with multitasking - Precise time management skills - Organized and detail oriented - Ability to provide timely and thorough services The Receptionist will start off Part Time Monday-Friday 9am-1pm If you are interested in the Receptionist position please APPLY NOW!
