Position Description

Responsible for providing operational and project management level support to HR Business Partner colleagues. The incumbent in this role will be responsible for providing leadership for implementation of special projects/division wide strategic initiatives, project management for global implementation efforts, management of HR business plan, milestone achievements and timelines, coordination of all HR related meetings and communications, improvement of the delivery of HR programs, alignment of HR strategy with business strategies, streamlining and standardizing HR practices and processes and transforming HR organization to be more effective in managing resources and supporting client groups. Additionally responsible for direct HR business partner support for the assigned client group(s).

Main Areas of Responsibilities

  • Project planning, worldwide coordination, implementation and tracking of key HR initiatives with line management and HR team (e.g., Performance Management, Talent Management, Compensation Planning, etc.).

  • Coordination of special projects for HR (e.g., organizational restructuring and M&A activities etc.). Primary project integrator for M&A to allow HRBP's to maintain their core responsibilities. Participate as a member of core M&A teams.

  • Management of HR Business planning, prioritization and risk analysis process. Development of metrics to track on-track/off-track projects, and various project effectiveness indicators. Periodic business plan updates for HR leadership team and key client groups.

  • Organization and coordination of all HR meetings and communications

  • Provide HR business partner support to assigned client group(s) -- Global IT


10+ years’ experience in HR, project management, business planning

Preferred Skills/Qualification

Advance degree is preferred.


BA in Human Resources Management, Social Sciences or Business Administration required.
