Position Description

Under oversight of the Manager, External Reporting, assist in the preparation Company’s SEC financial filings (10-Q, 10-K) and parent company statutory filings, ensuring accuracy, timeliness and appropriate controls. Prepare quarterly balance sheet reporting including lead schedules and analytics.

Main Areas of Responsibility

  • Assist in the preparation of footnotes for the 10-Q and 10-K primary financial statements.

  • Perform analysis and ensure accuracy of external balance sheet accounts.

  • Develop 10-Q and 10-K workpaper support and document control activities in compliance with S404.

  • Preparation and support for the company’s statutory audits.

  • Review of the Company’s XBRL filings.

  • Perform preliminary accounting research.

  • Liase with external auditors to address audit inquiries.

  • At least 1 year of accounting and financial reporting experience

  • Demonstrated technical accounting and SEC reporting competencies

  • Strong SAP, BPC, Microsoft Office skills

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Proven problem solving skills


  • Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Accounting
