Our client based out of Piscataway has an opening for a Senior Manager of Executive Compensation. This candidate will be responsible for achieving organizations desired position in market and compensation goals, and conducting or participating in surveys. The candidate will ensure the compensation program enhances the organization's ability to recruit and retain employees. The position responsibilities include but are not limited to–
Develop and deliver timely communications related to stock awards, including grant notification, terms and vesting events.
Assist with annual review of internal salary structures and merit guidelines
Support compensation requests, analysis and initiatives, as necessary
Serve as primary contact for audit requests and assist in establishing and maintaining control procedures associated with stock plan administration.
Generate annual Long-term Incentive award expenditure forecasting and share usage monitoring.
Participate in annual salary surveys, job leveling, and evaluate and analyze salary data and market competitiveness, offering recommendations
Assist with the development of internal and external compensation offers
Primary administrator of stock plan administration system (Fidelity) including data input and reconciliation.
Exposure to executive compensation. Assist in benchmarking and designing of executive pay strategies
Ensure stock awards are administered in accordance with the terms and conditions of the awards, the governing stock incentive plans, and internal processes and procedures.
Coordinate with Equity Consultants, Legal and Tax to ensure Valeant equity plans are compliant in countries where offered
Monitor stock transactions impacting the administration of stock awards, including but not limited to grants dispositions, for proper documentation and file maintenance.

Requirements: The qualifications for the Senior Manager of Executive Compensation must have-
A Bachelor's Degree in Finance or HR.
5 – 7 years stock plan administration experience with public companies handling daily operations, reporting, audit/reconciliation, and participant customer service.
Strong experience working with stock administration systems, preferably Fidelity, including processing of transactions, general record lay-out, and programming/report writing capabilities within software.
Working knowledge of legal, tax and accounting implications associated with equity compensation.
Strong analytical capabilities, familiarity with broader underlying concepts
Ability to develop and implement proposals for improvements to compensation programs and processes. (CEP) is a plus.
