Pizza Hut Field Marketing Manager in Plano, Texas

Lead the strategic agenda for National Local Store Marketing strategies, programs and initiatives that are made available to the Pizza Hut Franchise Marketing community to drive 1-2 pts of incremental traffic growth. Partner with corporate marketing team to translate Brand Strategic Priorities into actionable Field Marketing implementation plans. Key liaison with Franchise Marketing leaders, Corporate Territory Coaches and Key Franchise Operators for all marketing related initiatives. Act as the brand steward and heavily influence at the field level, using fact-based data and influencing skills to align franchise and local agency partners behind the brand strategic vision.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive adoption and engagement of the National Calendar strategies and brand marketing initiatives across franchise marketing community. This includes developing local strategic initiatives to further drive and complement the national calendar at the local level.

  • Support and execute testing initiatives to include innovation and pricing tests to include identifying any key strategic finding, opportunities and recommendations.

  • Build franchise capability specific to LSM strategies and tactics to include local playbooks skill set training, trade area competitive analysis process, and building result oriented action plans.

  • Leverage market knowledge to identify local level sales building and brand-building opportunities to be made available across the system. Track and share best practices for driving local growth.

  • Proactively communicate and influence franchise partners on key brand strategies and initiatives, answering any questions, providing guidance and recommendations, along with resolving issues as needed.

  • Analyze consumer and competitor data to be the expert in the pizza industry, as well as local programs/initiatives in order to determine effectiveness and provide recommendations.
