The Validation and Verification Test Manager is responsible for preparing, managing and completing the Factory Acceptance Tests by technology, the Factory Integration Tests, and location specific Tests.

Job Description:

  • Validation and Verification Test Manager work includes:

  • Generate and oversee testing schedule including test preparation, test configuration, test execution, and test reporting

  • Develop Test Plan, Test Procedure, and Test Report documents

  • Coordinate and define verification and validation methods for all system requirements per the project verification and validation plan

  • Coordinate with software development teams to ensure software testing and validation plans and procedures meet the business and functional requirements

As part of the integration there will be no formal company-wide review of grades, since in most cases there has been limited or no change to positions. Legacy grade structures will continue to exist for some time until future harmonization on the existing Nokia grade structure. The job grade shown is indicative, and may be subject to change such that the final grade may be higher or lower than shown in this requisition.



  • Engineer, preferably in telecommunications.

  • 5 years experience of Telecommunications system Integration and testing

  • Experience in Customer Management

  • Understanding of the Honolulu Authority for Rapid Transportation s network infrastructure

  • Computer Literate. Specifically in use of Microsoft Project, Word, Excel, and Power point

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Demonstrable management style.

  • Passionate about quality and doing it right first time every time.
