Alorica Internal Communications Manager in Plantation, Florida
The Internal Communication Manager uses planning, writing and editing skills to create materials and organize events for the employees of the company and is responsible for internal communications content that is delivered within an organization, including reminders, memos, executive emails, sponsorships, contests, fundraisers and marketing material.

Key Job Responsibilities
Prepare strategic communication plan for company.
Work with marketing to publish timely company information, such as memos and company directives.
Ensure communication strategy is consistent and reflects the organization s strategic vision.
Measure and present results of communication efforts.
Execute steps within a certain time frame.
Adjust communication plan as needed.
Administer surveys and polls.
Arrange dynamic team building activities that engage employees together to bolster work performance.
Suggest what information should be presented to employees.
Set timing of release to coordinate with company events or initiatives.
Support ideas with research and experience.
Refine core messaging to ensure organizational consistency in all aspects of communication including development, organizing and education.
Ensure consistent framing of messages.
Edit and revise content as necessary.
Ensure workers are engaged in company initiatives.
Edit, design, and print internal publications.
Handle the creation and implementation of multiple forms of communication activities and programs within the company.
Devise strategies and produce content to help align the organization s goals with the engagement of employees.
Minimum Education and Experience:
Bachelor's degree in communications, public relations or related field
5 years in corporate sales and marketing requiredKnowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Excellent interpersonal, written and oral communications and organizational skills
Outstanding experience and skills in social media
Fluency in languages other than English is preferred
Proficient in research, writing and editing.
