Join us!Position Description:Under general supervision and according to established guidelines provides support for the Global Human Resource Information System including data integrity, development of reports, internal and external data requirements, and makes recommendations for modifications to current system configuration and/or processes.•Ensures system integrity is maintained by managing security profiles, supports upgrades and/or patches, and oversees the inbound/outbound file process.•Supports data maintenance of Human Capital Management applications including employee records, payroll, timekeeping, talent management, talent acquisition, benefits, and defined contribution programs.•Responsible for salary record updates by coordinating global data change process. Ensures adherence to approval process and recommend changes as needed.•Coordinates Equifax unemployment activities and resolves issues by working closely with Equifax, payroll, and location human resource employees.•Provides user support by generating ad-hoc reports, developing and conducting training sessions, and resolving data errors as required including e-time systems.•Provides support for special projects such as year-end/year-begin. In addition, provides system support related to vendor files, data reorganizations, and new system requirements.•Provides guidance and training to other location employees including data maintenance and reconciliation.•Participates in salary surveys by running reports, matching jobs, and submitting data by required deadline. Organizes survey results for on-going use.•Coordinates the defined contribution process by working closely with payroll and Fidelity. Ensures weekly files are funded on a timely basis and participant data errors are resolved. Works with auditors, both internal and external on plan operations, including non-discrimination testing.•Coordinates data requests between subsidiaries in order support various AAM projects including management of the Online Training System with the Network, Inc.•Ensures database is SOX compliant and work with ADP and internal audit to develop key controls.•Assists with AAM Long Term Incentive Plan by coordinating data requests for Fidelity Stock Services implementation. Participates on project team and provides support as needed. Will be responsible for new award updates and ensuring data requirements are met.
