The Global Director of Talent Acquisition, Diversity & Inclusion is responsible for building the Global D&I strategy for attracting and hiring talent globally. She/he will be responsible for managing a cross-functional team of internal and external resources based in multiple locations. The role reports to the Global Head, Talent Acquisition. The role partners closely with Talent Acquisition team and key stakeholders to drive recruiting efforts to increase the pipeline and hiring of diverse candidates. Assist in educating Global Talent Acquisition and the business leaders on diversity trends, best practices, tools and issues to influence the organization in driving best practices throughout the organization. Job Description:

Partner closely with the Head of Diversity & Inclusion to understand aspirational goals of the organization and with Talent Acquisition leads on strategies to improve representation Build and strengthen diversity recruiting competence within the talent acquisition team and among hiring managers. Implement strategies to achieve diversity targets, attraction and hiring Consult with talent acquisition, HR, business leaders and PBRG leaders on how to engage with and partner with relevant diversity organizations that can serve as pipelines of diverse talent. Partner with the Employment Brand Manager on social media strategy, and partner with recruiters in promoting external events as well as the use of social media within those events. In partnership with the University Program Lead, establish relationships with campus career centers, student organizations and key faculty Identify and attend local and national diversity recruiting and outreach events. Identify, evaluate and present new recruitment sources that will generate quality and diverse applicants (inclusive of ethnicity, gender, age and other dimensions of diversity) on an ongoing basis. Develop, enhance and maintain relationships with current and new diversity organizations and partnerships; manage relationships with external diversity organizations and influencers. Research and share analytics to inform recruitment and marketing initiatives. Conduct analysis, assess results and identify areas of opportunity and change. Use this data to evaluate source effectiveness, progress and process improvements. Track results and report out on progress Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related field. Minimum of 10 years of experience in Talent Acquisition with a focus on Diversity recruitment Excellent listening and consulting skills. Demonstrated ability to build strong partnerships at all levels of an organization. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, consistently demonstrating a high degree of professionalism. Experience in building diversity recruitment strategy and partnering with Talent Acquisition and hiring teams to execute on that strategy Proficiency in Microsoft Office or similar products and in navigating social media websites. Ability to work independently within a fast-paced, team-focused environment. Proven ability to meet multiple deadlines, prioritize multiple demands, and identify/solve problems creatively. Demonstrated success in developing and executing comprehensive global D&I hiring plans with a demonstrated ability to strategically plan and execute large scale initiatives across the organization.
