Job Description Full time case manager position at a Provo domestic violence shelter. Benefits offered. Working hours 9 am - 6 pm with one hour lunch, Monday - Friday. On-call every three weeks once fully trained. $16-hour with additional on-call pay during on-call week. Responsibilities Provide case management for women and children in a domestic violence shelter. Assist incoming clients with transition into the shelter. Conduct intakes, safety planning, assessments, action plans, and follow up regularly with each client. Answer and track hotline phone calls. Coordinate and partner with local agencies in meeting client's needs and advocating for prevention. Coordinate with other staff members. Assist with after-hours emergency shelter coverage. Arrange culturally competent service to clients. Qualifications Bachelors Degree in Social work or related field Minimum of SSW license (or scheduled to sit for SSW license) Intern or work experience in social work or mental health setting
