As Product Manager, you will lead the development of PeopleFluent Learning and be responsible for assessing its market opportunity and building a business case for product investment. You will build and improve products from existing ideas, and help to develop new ideas based on your industry experience and your contact with customers, prospects, analysts and other stakeholders.
You will promote product capabilities to clients and prospects as a lead advocate for the product. You will work with engineering to define product release requirements. You will work with marketing communications to define the go-to-market strategy, helping them understand the product positioning, key benefits, and target customers.
Manage the product line life cycle from strategic planning to tactical activities.
Own the conceptual design for the product in the early part of the product life cycle, and develops the product roadmap.
Conduct market research supported by ongoing visits to customers and non-customers.
Monitor product performance and customer satisfaction.
Create a go-to-market plan.
Analyze potential partner relationships.
Compose Agile stories to define expected definition of product enhancements.
Develop a product delivery plan based on product requirements, timing and available capacity.
Coordinate product launch activities.
Educate internal groups on product capability prior to delivery.
Promote the product to clients and prospects individually and as part of regional user groups.
5 years of product management experience in a SaaS software environment.
Experience with multiple cycles of building, launching and servicing products.
Knowledge of Agile methodology
Strong writing and presentation skills.
Ability to adapt to change to meet business demands, and manage time effectively
Good business judgment with the ability to be decisive with available information.
Ability to work independent and team environment, and able to organize and operate cross-functional in many departments
