Job Responsibilities o Define and drive the talent acquisition strategy and execution for on-campus and/or sourced talent activity in concert with the global UR leadership team. o Lead and develop a team of high performing individual contributors. o Partner with business leaders, HR partners, Diversity and Inclusion teams, universities, alumni, GTA and other key stakeholders to align expectations and communicate the UR story. o Work with our businesses to develop forward looking workforce plans, demand plans, requisitions details and align and prioritize team resourcing accordingly. o Support a diverse and inclusive culture and workforce, and ensure compliance with federal and country laws, regulations and company policies.

Skills and Experience (Qualifications)

o 5+ years of experience in Human Resources, University Recruiting, and/or Talent Acquisition.

o 2+ years of experience in leadership/management and full time people management.

o Experience in driving recruiting strategies to meet high volume demand at a global scale. o Experience analyzing and articulating data and ability to develop metrics of accountability.

o Exceptional and effective partnership across broad audiences of internal and external partners, stakeholders, and customers.

o Experience collaborating and working as part of a global team.

o Experience in project management and designing effective hiring processes to meet changing business needs.

o Solid business and financial acumen, systems thinking, and critical problem solving at scale.

o Strong account management, interpersonal, organizational, written, negotiation, and presentation skills.

o A good knowledge of and deep passion for technology.
