Growing company in Reno seeks a sales assistant for a fantastic temporary to hire opportunity. The position would report to the Director of Sales and support 2 field sales people. The duties would include data entry of orders obtained from sales people and internet based ordering system, providing quotes and samples to customers, sending out letters to customers, answering incoming phone calls, data entry of sales and order information into Excel, managing inventory information, providing market information to sales staff and other duties as required. Potential candidates should have a minimum of 2 y ears of experience working within a customer service or a sales assisting capacity, have strong organization and customer service skills, be proficient with Word, Excel, Outlook and have fast and accurate data entry.
