SOS International LLC (SOSi), is seeking an experienced Court Interpretation Quality Compliance Specialist to support a new program providing court interpretation services to our U.S. Government customer.Essential job duties:•Represents organizational unit on administrative matters, such as scheduling interpreter orientation and evaluations•Manages receipt, upload and assignment of hearing audio files for evaluator review•Reviews completed interpreter evaluations prior to submission to the government•Schedules interpreter remedial training as required•Receives evaluator/trainer invoices and reviews for accuracy and updates database•Receives and processes disqualification notices•Makes recommendations for enhancements and/or implements approved internal administrative policies, procedures and processes •Serves as a generalist for the DOJ QA department on various administrative tasks •Prepare budgeting, project scheduling and statistical reports as required•Performs other tasks and works on special projects as required
•High School Diploma•Two (2) years of previous administrative experience•Strong communication, interpersonal and organization skills, with attention to detail•Good computer skills, to include Microsoft Excel, other Microsoft Office Suite applications•Ability to prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced, deadline-sensitive environment
•Working conditions are normal for an office environment•Ability to lift and/or move objects and packages of up to 25 lbs.
