Job Description

SOS International LLC (SOSi) is seeking an Administrative Assistant to work at its Operational Headquarters in Reston, VA. The successful candidate will serve as a professional first point of contact for a diverse group of important external callers and visitors as well as support administrative needs of internal staff at all levels of the organization. Essential Duties• Welcome on-site visitors, greet guests, answer a multi-line telephone system, and maintain visitor access log• Maintain a clean office space and lobby area that is presentable and functional• Receive, distribute, and handle shipment of U.S. mail as well as shipping and delivery processes to include faxing and scanning of documents for Human Resources (HR)• Maintain the schedule and reservations for up to four conference rooms• Assist HR Team with various administrative tasks including filing, data entry, and formatting reports• Assist HR Team in carrying out various programs and processes for all employees• Draft purchase requisitions (PRs) and expense reports for the HR Team• Assist the HR Director with budget monitoring• Maintain confidentiality with sensitive information• Perform other duties as assigned

Minimum Requirements

• US Citizenship required• High School Diploma• Excellent customer service, interpersonal, and communication skills• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail• Strong understanding of Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office Suite applications• Ability to organize and prioritize multiple on-going projects in a fast-paced, deadline-sensitive environment; often dealing with phone calls and visitors while working on other tasks
