Job Description

SOS International LLC (SOSi) is seeking a Business Development (BD) Manager with a deep understanding of geospatial intelligence (GEOINT). The BD Manager will be a highly qualified GEOINT expert with an ability to anticipate and propose innovative solutions to National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency (NGA) and National Reconnaissance Office (NRO) requirements. The BD Manager will work collaboratively with clients and corporate staff to develop unique solutions to client requirements. The BD Manager is eligible for a success-based variable compensation plan to augment the company’s basic compensation package.Essential job duties:• Formulates, communicates and implements an integrated BD strategy that includes client relations and technical solutions/concept development• Manages the company’s relationship with the NGA and NRO• As a GEOINT subject matter expert, assists in technical solution development • Interfaces with supported business unit leadership and senior management• Participates in trade shows, seminars, industry days and client open houses• Performs other duties as assigned by supervisor

Minimum Requirements

• Applicants must possess and be able to maintain a Top Secret security clearance with eligibility for Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) - US citizenship required• Bachelor’s degree in a related field• At least Ten (10) years of experience at NGA or NRO• Understanding of NGA and NRO priorities, budgets and major contract vehicles• Excellent analytical and problem solving ability, with superior communications skills• Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize multiple on-going projects

Additional Information

Desired Qualities:• Master's degree in a related field• TS/SCI clearance with CI polygraph• Remote sensing technical expertise in various GEOINT domains (EO, IR, Radar, MSI/HSI, OPIR, and/or LIDAR) Working Environment:• Conditions are normal for an office environment• Work environment is often stressful and detail oriented as it is a timeline driven department with set objectives and hard due dates• Department may work non-traditional hours during proposal production• Ability to lift and/or move objects or packages of up to 25 lbs
