Job Description

SOS International LLC (SOSi) is seeking Business Development (BD)/Capture Manager(s) with experience in capturing services contracts within the Intelligence Community (IC). The Capture Manager should have a demonstrated record of successfully winning intelligence services contracts related to analysis, training, information technology, systems engineering, language services, and/or media monitoring and analysis. The Capture Manager will work collaboratively with corporate staff from program management, contracts, finance and recruiting to focus efforts and pursue business opportunities within assigned customer accounts. The company’s primary accounts include national intelligence agencies (CIA, DIA, NSA, NGA and NRO), intelligence agencies within the Armed Services, and federal law enforcement agencies (FBI, DEA, and ICE). The Capture Manager is eligible for a success-based variable compensation plan to augment the company’s basic compensation package.Essential job duties:• Manages and grows a pipeline of contract opportunities for assigned accounts; prospects for new customers, develops and expands current business lines, and makes recommendations on viable opportunities to pursue• Drives opportunity from pursuit decision to contract award; formulates, communicates and implements an integrated capture strategy that includes competitive intelligence/analysis, client relations, technical solutions/concept development, teaming and pricing • Assists in proposal development to include authoring some proposal sections as a subject matter expert • Works extensively with supported business unit leadership• Interfaces with senior management concerning pursuit status, pricing, costs, scheduling and overall pursuit performance• Participates in trade shows, seminars, industry days and vendor open houses that support capture objectives• Performs other duties as assigned by supervisor

Minimum Requirements

• Applicants must possess and be able to maintain a Top Secret security clearance with eligibility for Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) - US citizenship required• Bachelor’s degree in a related field• Three (3) to five (5) years of experience in Business Development, Capture, Project Management, Contracts, or Proposal Development supporting the Intelligence Community (IC), with proven success winning new business• Understanding of IC organizations, priorities, budgets and major contract vehicles• Previous experience supporting successful capture efforts, including opportunities within several of the following intelligence services offerings: analysis, training, technology research and development (R&D), information technology and systems engineering, language services, and media monitoring and analysis• Knowledge of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation (DFAR)• Knowledge of US Government contracting, including contract types and procurement processes• Excellent analytical and problem solving ability• Excellent customer service, interpersonal, and communication skills• Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize multiple on-going projects• Strong understanding of Microsoft Office Suite
