TheInside Sales Representative is an experienced sales professional who is responsible for identifying, qualifying and closing sales to targeted Health and Human Services organizations.

Principal Job Responsibilities:

  • Build, maintain and manage robust pipeline utilizing Salesforce

  • Investigation of clients’ strategic, financial, cultural, and operational pain points; Application of information gathered from investigation and already gained product knowledge to create linkage between pain points and Mediware solutions

  • Work with the Sales Engineer to conduct effective solution demonstrations needed to close sales with well qualified prospects

  • Develop and execute on business plan for assigned territory. Ensuring internal resources are used on priority accounts and opportunities.

  • Performing cold calls and follow up calls to clients and leads with ease and high impact

  • Preparation and designing of presentations, quotes, and SOW for customers

  • Establishing of networks and relationships so as to establish and develop new business contacts

  • Attending industry trade shows to generate new leads and build upon existing relationships

  • Coordinate sales strategies and efforts when appropriate with Senior Sales Consultants.

  • Coordinate and lead internal cross functional teams from pre-sales to hand-off

  • Active participation in weekly forecast, pipeline and team meetings

  • Exceed quarterly and annual Sales Quotas as defined in the Compensation Plan

  • Using The Complex Sale methodology identify, qualify and drive to close Mediware’s SaaS solution to assigned territory

  • Responds to the needs and requests of clients and Mediware management and staff in a professional and expedient manner.

Job Qualifications:

Required Education and/or Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree in business, technology, human services or related field is preferred

  • Minimum 3 years work experience required in selling software solutions

  • Consultative selling background with outstanding business acumen

  • Track record of consistently meeting and exceeding assigned goals and objectives

  • Prior experience in C-level positioning

  • Experience in selling to State government and/or local agencies preferred

  • Prior experience working for a Human Service organization or provider is highly desired

  • Experience with solution based selling techniques preferred

  • Experience in long term care preferred

  • Experience using preferred

  • Experience writing business documents such as proposals, business plans, marketing materials and sales presentations

  • Excellent troubleshooting, listening and problem-solving skills

  • Able to work in a fast paced deadline oriented environment

  • Customer focused

  • Works well in a team environment

  • Ability to travel up to 40%
