Job Description

SOS International LLC (SOSi) is seeking a Regional Coordinator to support a large nationwide interpretation program for our U.S. government customer. The Regional Coordinator will monitor incoming task orders and dispatch assignments to available, qualified interpreters. The ideal candidate will be detail oriented and have excellent multi-tasking capabilities.Essential Job Duties:• Monitor incoming task orders and dispatch assignments to available, qualified interpreters• Maintains daily contact with regional interpreters and customers to ensure the governments assignment demands are fulfilled• Ensure that each interpreter service requirement is assigned to a local interpreter and that internal procedures to assign, confirm, and communicate pertinent information to the interpreter has been observed• Capture and communicate changes in existing assignments, and new task orders, to interpreters in real-time to significantly minimize potential no-shows• Perform other duties as assigned by the Program Manager

Minimum Requirements

Minimum Requirements:• Candidates will be subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information• Two (2) or more years of related administrative/coordination experience supporting a language services or other relatable program • Willingness to work in a “hands-on” role, multi-task, adapt to shifting priorities, and work extended hours in a high-energy, deadline oriented workplace• Must be high-energy, flexible, work well with teams, and able to find creative solutions• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
