Job Description:

As a key member of the Enterprise Finance team, the Senior Financial Analyst will assist in the long-term and short-term financial forecasting and planning of the Company which includes quarterly forecasting process, annual budgeting process, long-range planning process, operating plan variance analysis and special projects. The person will be responsible for building forecasted financial statements, identifying key risks and opportunities, and explaining variances to plans. In addition, this role will actively work with business teams and partners to develop the standards, templates and rhythms for the Company's financial planning and forecasting process. This role will work Finance leaders across the business and assist in the creation of executive presentations.

Key Responsibilities for the Senior Financial Analyst-Enterprise Finance :

  • Support the enterprise monthly estimate and quarterly forecast process, coordinating activities across the broader finance teams and business segments to create forecasted financial statements

  • Support the enterprise quarterly earnings release process, conducting analysis on and gaining insight to key business drivers and results

  • Support the enterprise annual planning process, coordinating activities across the broader finance teams and business segments to develop budget targets and clearly understand assumptions

  • Help develop long-range plans linked to enterprise strategy and initiatives

  • Develop ad hoc financial analysis, presentations for the executive team, enterprise valuations and sensitivity analyses

  • Working with Finance leaders to analyze key assumptions and drivers of Enterprise performance to develop monthly/quarterly forecasts of expected financial results, including a full P&L through EPS, balance sheet and cash flow statement. Partner across the organization to align on key assumptions, identify and quantify financial opportunities and risks and develop contingency plans to address major risk and opportunity areas

  • Support the enterprise quarterly earnings release process, conducting analysis on and gaining insight to key business drivers and results

  • Support development of short and long-term Enterprise financial targets and a long-term financial plan, in conjunction with the business leaders and strategy teams, with a focus on accurate baseline performance, augmented by key initiatives

  • Develop ad hoc financial analysis, presentations for the executive team, enterprise valuations and sensitivity analyses

Position Impact :

  • Frequent interaction with and ability to influence Finance senior leaders and teams

  • Visibility to Enterprise performance, drivers and projections, across all segments, channels and categories

Basic Qualifications :

  • 3+ years' experience in a finance/accounting role with responsibilities to include FP&A, financial decision support, forecasting, budgeting and business analysis

Preferred Qualifications :

  • Experience with treasury and management reporting

  • Strong business/financial modeling experience

  • Demonstrated ability to present data in a clear and concise manner to senior management/executives

  • Demonstrated ability to think critically and strategically, build consensus, anticipate problems and solutions, and work with business partners

  • Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, presentation and facilitation)

  • High level of ethics, integrity, judgment, discretion and confidentiality
