Description Hunton and Williams, LLP is actively recruiting an Enterprise Systems Engineer. The Enterprise Systems Engineer participates in the delivery of emerging business needs and technologies applicable to the firm and the legal industry. This position participates in researching, evaluating, and delivering technologies which enhance the firm’s overall productivity and the quality of legal services provided. The Enterprise Systems Engineer participates in the technical design, development/configuration, integration, support, monitoring and deployment efforts of all technologies selected and ensures the timeliness and quality of all deliverables.

Requirements A Bachelor’s degree is preferred and a minimum of five years of computer experience, preferable in a law firm, professional services, or other client relationship-based organization. Other Minimum Qualifications: Travel may be required. Availability and willingness to work hours as needed to meet critical deadlines. Proficiency with advanced level technical system design concepts and system troubleshooting. Strong working knowledge of popular enterprise technologies such as Windows Operating Systems (Server and Workstation) along with knowledge of virtualization technologies such as Microsoft’s Hyper-V and VMWare, Microsoft Active Directory, and Microsoft Systems Center Products. Conceptual knowledge of Enterprise storage solutions, Microsoft Exchange environments and basic network switching/routing environments. Strong commitment to client service excellence and teamwork. Must possess the highest standards of ethical conduct and professionalism. Must act as catalyst for change, drive and own results. Creative and innovative. Excellent communication skills (oral, written and listening) and ability to collaborate effectively with diverse group of professionals. Sound judgment and flexibility. Must have the ability to work well under pressure, patience, diplomacy, high stress tolerance, excellent interpersonal communication skills, ability to prioritize workload and adapt to changing conditions. Visual acuity needed to process and read extensive written communications. Ability to receive and convey detailed information through oral communication. Essential competency processes include language ability, reasoning and memory.
