Description Hunton and Williams is actively recruiting an IT Quality Assurance Analyst. This position utilizes best-practice methods, tools, and procedures for software and hardware changes to ensure IT products and services meet the firm’s quality expectations and end-user requirements. The IT Quality Assurance Analyst ensures related instructions, training materials, procedures, and support services for changes to new or updated software and/or hardware are followed for all QA requests. Works closely with members of QA projects, to include IT, end-users, in all phases of the QA Test Life Cycle for those changes which Management decides require such QA Testing.
Requirements A Bachelor’s degree is preferred and a minimum of three years of IT user support experience. Law firm and/or legal industry experience is strongly preferred.
Other Minimum Qualifications: Frequent travel may be required. Availability and willingness to work hours as needed to meet critical deadlines. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite applications. Knowledge of desktop and server software configurations and basic SQL skills. Strong commitment to client service excellence and teamwork. Must possess the highest standards of ethical conduct and professionalism. Must act as catalyst for change, drive and own results. Creative and innovative. Excellent communication skills (oral, written and listening) and ability to collaborate effectively with diverse group of professionals. Sound judgment and flexibility. Ability to work well under pressure, patience, diplomacy, high stress tolerance, excellent interpersonal communication skills, ability to prioritize workload and adapt to changing conditions. Visual acuity needed to process and read extensive written communications. Ability to receive and convey detailed information through oral communication. Essential competency processes include language ability, reasoning and memory.
