FIS MANAGEMENT SERVICES LLC Project Manager - Implementations in SALT LAKE CITY, Utah

Position Overview FIS is seeking an individual to manage implementations of compliance related software systems. Responsibilities: Create a unified project plan for multiple stages - initiatives, including client dependencies Track internal task assignments and identify resource allocation conflicts Gather customer requirements Manage change orders and client expectations effectively Mitigate conflict at the client management level Manage software implementations from contract execution to post-production, to ensure successful completion on-time and within budget Manage multiple projects across multiple teams Assess customer needs to develop and configure the software Work effectively with internal development and support resources Communicate project status internally, to the project team, and externally with the customer and any other involved parties regularly Assist with client work orders and estimates Assist in the creation of standard project management documentation Position Requirements Proficiency with project management methodologies and project management software. Proven track record of technology-based projects with a focus on a high level of customer satisfaction Strong business skills - Excellent oral and written communication skills Process-oriented, multi-tasker Travel required – 2-3 days per month on average PMI Certification a plus 1+ years of Financial Services experience a plus FIS is an equal opportunity employer.
