  • Summary*

Leads the development and maintenance of the logistics capital portfolio. Drives the coordination and analysis of the capital portfolio in order to clearly and concisely report out on status/Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

  • Key Responsibilities*

  • Produces monthly and quarterly Capital Reports. Acts as the Subject Matter Expert in monthly and quarterly portfolio review meetings with management and senior leadership. Drives collaboration and completion in the drafting of quarterly signals, deliverables, and reports.

  • Leads the annual budgeting process, specifically, as it pertains to both growth and maintenance projects.

  • Evaluates overall capital management program effectiveness. Works with the business to understand and build out KPIs to reflect successes and opportunities within the portfolio.

  • Ensures adherence to company policy and procedures as it pertains to capital portfolio management.

  • Collaborates with Accounting and Property Management to ensure asset is capitalized and tagged in accordance with policy upon completion or cancellation of projects.

  • Identifies and corrects process deficiencies and proposes solutions for continuous Improvement, specifically around data structures and gathering.

  • Participates in tool standardization and solution development initiatives.

  • Applies Lean Six-Sigma Methodology to Portfolio Management to drive efficiencies.


  • Minimum undergraduate degree in engineering, accounting, finance or related discipline required.

  • Experience*

  • Minimum 7 years’ experience in capital portfolio management required. Oil and gas industry experienced preferred.

  • Knowledge of relational databases, business planning modules, and SAP preferred.

  • Working knowledge of SEC Filings.
