  • Answer, screen, and direct incoming calls

  • Maintain office calendar and all scheduling requests

  • Maintain control of traffic in the reception area (Greet clients, vendors, applicants and visitors)

  • Manage incoming and outgoing packages and mail

  • File, copy and provide other administrative/clerical support

  • Vendor management as it relates to office and kitchen supplies

  • Coordinate office events (catered meetings, lunches, birthday celebrations, team bonding activities, happy hours, etc.)

  • Administrative projects as needed
