OfficeTeam is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to join a rapidly growing Tech Consulting Firm in San Francisco. In this role you will support three Managing VPs with calendar management, travel booking, expense reporting, and other administrative tasks as needed. Ideal candidates will have minimum of 3 years experience, strong organizational skills, and ability to interface with all levels within the organization. JOB DUTIES Manage calendar for 3 Managing VPs (Outlook) Coordinate travel and hotel booking when needed (On average about 5 times per month) Complete expense reports in a timely matter (Concur) Prepare logistics for board meetings including agenda, any meal coordination, invitations, travel, meeting minutes, etc Act as gatekeeper for VPs (telephone, in person meetings, emails, etc) Assist with planning of annual retreat Other tasks as needed
