Fraud Detection and National Security (FDNS) Clerk

FCi Federal has an opportunity for a Fraud Detection and National Security (FDNS) Clerk to join our team on our Federal Government contract at one of our FOSS site locations.

**Essential duties and responsibilities for the position include the following:

  • Enters information from source documentation in various automated systems using formatted input screens.

  • Works with public safety referral leads and fraud referral leads.

  • Performs data inquiries and searches on automated systems.

  • Modifies, updates and corrects data contained in automated systems.

  • Generates records and reports.

  • Performs clerical tasks such as filing, recording, maintaining digital and file records, copying, posting and all other applicable daily office operations.

**The Basic Qualifications for this position are as follows:

  • Must be a U.S. Citizen

  • Must be able to obtain and maintain a Moderate Risk Public Trust (MRPT) suitability determination.

  • Must currently hold/ or be able to obtain a Secret Clearance.

  • Must successfully complete a comprehensive 7-year criminal and credit history background check.

  • Must successfully complete a drug screening.

  • Must pass the FCi Core Skills Computer Assessment.

**Minimum Experience, Education and Licensure:

  • High School Diploma or GED

  • Must have at least 1 year of prior administrative and/or customer service experience.

**Minimum Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Strong command of the English language both verbally and written**

  • Good interpersonal and communication skills

  • Demonstrate a professional work ethic

  • Administrative and organizational skills

  • Basic Computer skills

**Physical Demands:

  • The Fraud Detection and National Security (FDNS) Clerk must be able to conduct repetitive body movements, push, pull, reach, stoop and/or bend and lift up to 45 pounds repetitively at times

**Work Environment:

  • Mainly office but may also include all other work environments as required.**
