Robert Half Office Team Receptionist with Online Tech Share Community Company in San Francisco, California

OfficeTeam is seeking a personable and tech savvy receptionist for a 1 month vacation coverage with a company that creates a community of online tech sharing. This position will start October 21st and continue for one month while the permanent receptionist is out of town on holiday. Job Duties Include: Answer incoming calls Greet incoming guests Receive and distribute incoming mail/ send outgoing packages/FedEx as needed Assist with in office lunch catering Maintain clean office space (Office is approx. 150 people) Other admin tasks as needed
