Director of Business Development and Strategic Partnership

Audience: SF Bay Area Only / Industry Experience: High Tech, Consulting, Incubators, Accelerator or VC

Reporting to the executive management, you will be building entirely new partnership and strategic channels that leverage the open innovation domain with the product visionary or sponsors, among your responsibilities:

• Develop and execute business development and sales strategy segmented for B2C and B2B market • Define Target Clients, such as Fortune 500, Top Accelerators and Co-working Space “using our tech labs capability”. • Manage Social Media Contents and Blogs discussion to drive brand recognition and organic growth • Develop and communicate deep understanding of the pivotal issues for the client segments in each market, including B2C/B2B, public speaking at events, and media coverage interview. • Define growth initiatives that enhance our offering and optimize customer value, along managing our channels partners programs from startup to angels group, VC, Top School, and Fortune 500. • Build and lead a high-performance team dedicated to provide comprehensive solutions to B2B and B2C channels, along expanding our partner network and top paying professional services verticals. • Organize and promote our offline/online events, including strategic partners co-hosted events • Standardize CRM/Account Executive process lifecycle from inception and iterative implementation, to performance reporting and ensure it is “Lean, Efficient, Predictable, Replicable, and Scalable”. • Drive leads generation & closing, by meeting a quarterly quote within your assigned verticals • Nurture distribution channels relationship with our peers to drive organic growth and scalability • Act as a go to subject matter expert to support multi-projects for our clients and in-house trainee • Drive innovation by Mentoring our accelerator founders through launch, release and growth phases

The right candidate will have had proven success within a space of High Tech, Top Consulting firm, Marketing Agency or startup accelerator targeting B2C and B2B market, and hold a relevant Bachelor’s degree, MS/MBA. You must be an entrepreneur with the mind that thrive in an unstructured environment, operate proactively and have a passion for our innovative vision and its impact on growing small business and startup economy from around the world.

The role includes the following demonstrated experience:

• A growing carrier path driving smart action not smart talk, and delivering immediate impact in small batch of daily iteration where the outcome is the focus, not the effort or output.

§ Measurable Success in building a compelling brand, team, customers acquisition, and equally adept at strategy and execution with a drive for quick results and a vision to align long term strategies iteratively to market fit and users adaptability.

§ Proactively takes complicated technical concepts and convert them into compelling, succinct verbal/written messages that support our offering and feeds our growth.

§ Possess highly-informed knowledge of our peers competitive offering and help create our positioning and messaging that will resonate with each segmented audience.

• Hand on social media posting, viral content marketing, video traction, blogging, copywriting, branding, product development and training, including growth hacking and A/B testing, along web and mobile UX Analytics.
