A Sales Operations Specialist for an international, high growth technology company is wanted in San Jose, CA with at least 3 years experience. The Sales Operations Specialist will support the sales team and interface with other departments including finance, legal and the executive team. The Sales Operations Specialist should have experience working in a growing, fast paced environment and will be responsible for establishing sales workflows and provide assistance to the sales team on pressing customer related issues. Additional responsibilities for the Sales Operations Analyst include interacting with customers, processing purchase orders, monitoring customer collections, generating customer quotes with the account managers, managing inventory with vendors, assisting the legal dept in managing all sales related agreements. The Sales Operations Specialist should have excellent written and verbal communication skills, quantitative, analytical and conflict resolution abilities. Experience with Salesforce, QuickBooks and Excel a plus. The Sales Operations Specialist should have a minimum of 3 years' experience in sales administration in a high-tech company.
