Government agency is seeking a temporary call center representative for a project through the end of the year. The candidate will be responsible for receiving and placing telephone calls, provide accurate, friendly customer service in a timely fashion, perform functions including handling cash and other daily transactions, enter information into a proprietary database and other other clerical and administrative projects. As a Call Center Representative you must have basic office skills, a high level of attentiveness, excellent customer service and clear communication skills.
