A technology start-up in Santa Monica is looking for an Office Manager. As the Office Manager you will be answering company phones, greeting guests, ordering office supplies, managing the calendar for CEO and scheduling meetings. In addition, the role will involve light accounting, paying bills and handling invoices. This is a temporary-to-hire opportunity that will pay $40-50K based on experience.
