Requirements: We currently have an open position for a well-organized and motivated Front Desk Coordinator who is looking to grow their career in the financial investment industry. You will be a key player leading the lobby area at a growing financial investment firm. Greet and direct all visitors including vendors, clients and customers
Ensure completion of paperwork, sign-in and security procedures
Handle special administrative projects, including overflow work from department and executive assistants What we're looking for
Incoming phone call management skills required
Experience with multi-line phone systems preferred
Excellent social skills and ability to collaborate effectively required
