Kforce Business Systems Analyst - Project Admin in Seattle, Washington98194

A Kforce client is seeking an experienced Business Systems Analyst to be a part of their IT Project Management team. The Business Systems Analyst must possess the desire and ability to perform complex analysis, create user documentation and training as well as serve in a project manager role for various projects. The Business Systems Analyst's role is to coordinate user requirements with systems specifications and transfer the identified requirements into flow documents and technical documentation. Create Test Specifications/scenarios, run identified tests and track results.Essential Duties and Responsibilities (other duties as assigned):

  • Interact with business to clarify and validate requested changes per project complete scope and impacted flow documentation

  • Set up and manage the project plan, coordinate resources and track to an established project budget

  • Develop understanding of assigned application packages and data table structures to facilitate program development/customization

  • Create Test scripts, perform and track test results for identified applications using accepted procedures

  • Act as a contributing member of the project team by working on projects, standards development, and implementation of industry -best practices

  • Support implementation of in-house and vendor assisted software upgrades, conversions, and release testing as directed

  • Maintain up to date knowledge of design methods and documentation techniques

  • BS degree in Business Administration, Technology Management, Mathematics, or equivalent field

  • 5 years' experience within industry as a Systems Analyst

  • Project Management experience

  • 2 years' experience with application software (Oracle EBS and cloud systems a plus)

  • 3 years experience as an Analyst

  • They don't have to have a PMP

  • Experience doing business requirement documentation

  • Business process, process flow

  • Good communication (for meeting coordination, working with business users). Able to communicate well with all levels within the organization.

  • Lead experience

  • SOA is a plus - Oracle integration tool
