Robert Half The Creative Group Instructional Designer in Seattle, Washington
TCG is calling on Instructional Designers who can move quickly, have experience with Articulate, Captivate and other tools and have experience with Video editing and working with graphics and audio. Our e-commerce client's Instructional Design team is responsible for driving high quality training content for the group's investigators located across the globe. This includes creating engaging process and tool content, including instructor led training, eLearning and self-paced learning, virtual classroom design, building tool kits, study guides, and performance support aids for all global sites. You will be responsible for working with SMEs to develop and make modifications to eLearning and ILT training and creating/updating knowledge and performance assessments. This is a 3-month assignment but has the opportunity to be extended based on performance and outstanding. Want to stand out? You will have this:

Ability to put together a vision – experience as a facilitator/trainer may not have the level of design we are looking for – need to have been designers on projects
