The Operations Associate will work behind the scenes to perform queue-based work and assist in resolving a specific set of customer concerns. A successful Operations Associate will have strong attention to detail, the ability to maintain a sharp focus for extended periods of time, follow instructions closely and use problem solving process in your mind. You will enjoy working in a team setting as well as working independently!
