If you are our Field Support Engineer in Seoul, you will have a chance to :

provide their onsite support to our PWP customers in tasks like installations, training, technical break fix and / or consulting support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Qualified Field Support Engineer (FSE) of PWP, responsible to provide onsite contractual support for designated PWP customers including, but not limited to, break fix, preventive maintenance, professional consulting.

  • The FSE primary focus is on fulfilling HP-customer service contract

  • Assists Country manager and ASM in their overall responsibilities.

  • Responds to assignments by PWP Call center, Korea country manager and direct calls from the customer

  • Communicates with internal and external PWP support levels in accordance with the Escalations Management Process: Call Center, regional Tier 3 team, etc…

  • Owns onsite technical activities including escalations

  • Responsible for timely performance of maintenance routines

  • Assist customer/s with achieving operational excellence

  • Assumes responsibility for professional troubleshooting, minimizing customer’s downtime and HP costs

  • Manages onsite inventory, responsible for timely replenishment

  • Operates as customers satisfaction catalyst – alert and anticipate potential problem

Key Skills required

• Engineering & industry background and experience. Understanding of digital printing / inkjet technology in particular – strong advantage

• Strong technical & troubleshooting skills

• Problem solving attitude

• Customer facing experience

• Fast learner.

• Self-disciplined, ability to work independently with no close supervision

• Proactivity with good attention to detail

• Comfortable with English – verbal and written skills are must
